Why ISG for trade-fair transport
Build-up time windows are non-negotiable.
A trade fair is hour-by-hour logistics. If stand material arrives too late, the most important piece is missing on opening day. We dispatch with zero tolerance.
Build-up time windows
Hall build-up has fixed slots, often at night. We load early, drive overnight, stand at the hall keeper on time before the slot starts.
Last-minute to the hall
Print material too late, demo equipment forgotten, stand technology faulty. We pick up and deliver to the hall the same day, in the middle of build-up.
Direct to the stand
We deliver to the stand address or to the hall gate with the stand number, not to the forwarder's depot. No second trip from the depot to the hall.
Heavy machinery & demo
Demo machines, heavy stand modules, sensitive exhibits. If needed with a mobile crane for loading and unloading.
Dismantling tour
After the fair closes: dismantling at a fixed time, loading in the hall, direct trip back to the warehouse or to the next fair.

Hall 9 in Hanover, build-up tomorrow morning. We load in Augsburg in the evening, drive overnight and deliver to the hall keeper before stand build-up starts.
Print
Advertising posters by express.
The printer delivers the posters only on opening day. We pick up at 06:00 and deliver direct to the stand address before 09:00.
Demo equipment
